Patient Journey Audit
We assess the end-to-end patient journey to identify delays, friction points, communication gaps, service inconsistencies, and operational bottlenecks. As part of the assessment, we may conduct a Mystery Shopper Program to evaluate the actual patient experience across key touchpoints, including appointment booking, reception, clinical encounters, diagnostics, billing, and pharmacy services. We can also utilize technology-enabled patient flow analysis to measure time spent at each patient encounter and identify opportunities for improvement.

- Improved patient satisfaction and experience
- Reduced waiting times and service bottlenecks
- Enhanced patient flow and operational efficiency
- Improved coordination between departments and services
